Getting Started with Blubrry Publisher

Blubrry Publisher lets you create and publish podcast episodes directly from your Blubrry account without using WordPress or the PowerPress plugin.

You must have an active Blubrry Podcast Hosting plan to publish your podcast with Blubrry Publisher.

Important: Use either Blubrry Publisher or PowerPress to publish your podcast. You do not need to publish your episodes through both.

Set Blubrry Publisher as Your Publishing Method

1. Log in to your Blubrry Podcaster Dashboard.

2. At the top of the Dashboard, click Publishing.

3. Under Set Your Podcast Publishing Method, select Blubrry Publisher (Recommended).

4. If you want Blubrry to automatically convert videos from your YouTube channel into podcast episodes using Vid2Pod, select Use Vid2Pod with this option.
5. Click Save and Continue.

Your podcast is now set to publish using Blubrry Publisher.

Changing Your Publishing Method

You can return to Publishing Settings from your Dashboard if you need to review your current publishing method.

Changing the publishing method of an established podcast can affect your podcast RSS feed and how your show is delivered to directories such as Apple Podcasts and Spotify. If your podcast has already been submitted to podcast directories and you're unsure which option to use, contact Blubrry Support before making a change.

Once Blubrry Publisher is selected, make sure your podcast settings are complete before publishing or submitting your show to podcast directories.
