Share a Media File Without Creating an Episode

You can upload a media file to your Blubrry account and share it by link, without creating a podcast episode or adding show notes. Files shared this way are not added to your podcast feed. This works whether you publish with Blubrry Publisher or PowerPress, and requires a Blubrry hosting subscription.

  1. Log in to your Blubrry Podcaster Dashboard.
  2. In the left menu, select Media Files.
  3. Click Upload New Media and upload your file.
  4. When the upload finishes, return to the list of files. Your new file appears there.
  5. Next to the file, click Make online.
  6. Click View link under Actions to get the file's URL. Copy it and share it wherever you need.
